which is legal in New York State he did

not have a gun that was not allowed he

was well within his rights to to possess

this weapon and he utilized this weapon

in order to defend his his life and his

property so what could the state have a

problem with him for well the problem

was was that even though he rightfully

obtained his weapon from his father
